@euniceloisss: Korean Sausage bread 🥖🌭 Recipe by Maangchi: Dough: ½ cup milk 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons active dry yeast 1 egg ¼ teaspoon kosher salt 1¾ cup flour 3 tablespoons unsalted butter Hotdog/Sausage - Activate the yeast with warm milk and sugar. - Mix and knead the ingredients until smooth and elastic. (Except for the hotdog) - Add the butter last. Place in a bowl and brush with oil. Cover and let it rise for 1 1/2 hours. Punch the air out the dough and portion into 80g balls. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Flatten the dough and roll and cover the hotdog tightly. Make 8 cuts using a scissor and separate the segments. Let it rise for 45 minutes and put on the corn topping. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes in an 350F oven.
