Toss with oil & ranch seasoning. Top with Parmesan. Bake @ 400F for 20-25 minutes & enjoy 👌 This recipe is super easy and so delicious 🙌
Say “YUM” if you would eat this Mississippi Pot Roast 😋🙌 What you need: 3 lb chuck roast 1 packet of ranch seasoning 1 packet of AU Jus Gravy seasoning 1/2 stick of butter Pepperocinis How to make it: 1. Brown your roast on all sides & add to slow cooker with the rest of your ingredients. 3. Cook on low for 8 hours. 4. Serve over mashed cauliflower & enjoy!! This is one of the easiest slow cooker recipes and it’s soooo delicious! I served mine over mashed cauliflower to keep it low carb 💯
Say “YUM” if you would eat this Sweet N Sour Chicken 😋🐔 How to make the chicken: Drain 1 can of chicken, sqeeze out the moisture and mix with 1 large egg, 1 cup of cheddar and seasonings of choice. Shape into nuggets and air fry @ 400F for 10-12 minutes. (Or bake for 20) What you need for the sauce: 1/2 cup brown sweetener (I used truvia) 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup sugar free ketchup 1/3 cup water 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos 1 tsp sesame oil ¼ tsp xanthan gum How to make it: 1. In a sauce pan, combine your oil & xanthan gum. Whisk until combined. 2. Then whisk in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Once it thickens (1-2 mins) serve with your chicken & enjoy 🙌 The chicken recipe is always a hit and the sauce actually turned out really good! It kinda tastes like the sweet n sour from Burger King 👌

Smash each floret on a parchment lined baking sheet into a pile of cheddar. Top with hamburger meat, onions & more cheese. Bake @ 400F for 20 minutes. Dip in Mac sauce and enjoy 😋🙌 Recipe for Big Mac sauce: 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp mustard 2 tbsp chopped dill pickles 1 tbsp white vinegar 1 tbsp chopped onions 2 tsp sweetener 1/2 tsp smoked paprika Pro tip: Swap the mayo for Greek yogurt to get a higher protein / lower calorie version 👍
