N my “unprofessional opinion”, looks like that sun gear needs to be machined tighter. Your high rpm load is causing it to “slap” back and forth.

A lot of the 10r80 and 10r60 have the TSB 23-2250 posted this year that almost always ends up being replacement of the CDF clutch housing
