yep, occ health supported my application for a 3 day week. manager didn't like it so gave me 5 day workload on 3 days pay and leave. then added more.

Yep. I feel this hard! Everything pro-rata but only what saves them money. Workload the same! Also wanted me in the office 3 days a week - I worked

my personal running joke when someone says how busy I am at work I say "yeah nobody realises I'm part time" without fail "wait - you're part time!?"
