My best advice to stay on track during holidays (for people who actually read captions) is not to eat onions but to give yourself ONE day to enjoy everything 🙌 Because if you’re actively trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight, there’s nothing wrong with a day every month or two where you go totally wild.. but if it turns into 2, 3 or 4 days in a row of feasting then it’s easy to start putting on pounds of actual fat.
