My family hovers in the kitchen when I make these, the chicken is coated in a simple marinade before being coated in flour and then cooked until golden. The bao buns are found in the freezer of the supermarket, I get them at half price, look out for specials! You can steam them in the microwave, but I find a steamer basket easier- This one is from @Kmart Australia and I use it all the time for steamed veggies, making noodles or dumplings and even steaming rice. I love that the kids can load up on their favourite salads, sriracha mayo finishes it off (plain mayo for kiddies) all while I’m wearing my slippers!
