use jojoba oil, it’s gonna be ur best friend when stretching. Remember to take your time with it, stretching too fast will ruin ur progress. :))

Hey, i have now stretched to 6mm and i really sugest doing it after a hot shower! It doesn’t hurt at all and the ear is very “stretchy” DON’T FORCE!
