i hook the big spring on both shoes and put that on first then use my fancy snapon brake spring tool to put the small springs on!! way faster

That's pretty neat but I always put my big spring on first put my little springs on with the Phillips screwdriver but to each his own!

I may try this I hook the green spring first and use a screwdriver on the orange ones and then put the rollers in with an 18” crescent wrench

Leave the rollers off, use a chain and a screwdriver. One pull and its hooked. Put rollers on and send it.

I have a pry bar and cut a notch in it that way it won’t slip off because pry bars have the bent end
