@modernmakesco: My latest project getting extruded - Naim LED sign. This piece is 450mm wide and will take roughly 1.2kg of filament. I'm hitting the max flow rate on my Rapido HF hotend at around 34mm3/s. I've been printinging PLA at 230deg and at 110mm/s for inner walls and infill/85 outter wall. I performed a days worth of calibration prints before starting this big print to help get the accel, max speed settings, and retractions as close to perfect as i can get them. Ive had layer shifts on this printer resulting from accel. set too high and getting slippage on the pulleys....the toolhead i'm using is not light or nimble. I also tightened and tuned the belts. This piece should take 12 hours to print and then I'll see if I can get away with less infill or walls and get the print time under 12 hours. #ratrig #naimaudio #vcore3 #modernmakes
