I’ve been taking "pure nurojit shilajit resin” for 3 days now and I think I’m going through the bad side effects of it. Day 1 I didn’t really feel anything but day 2 and 3 after taking it I instantly felt dizzy my heart started racing and it was hard for me to breath ?
