3 or four cetirizine and 2 Benadryl help with my allergic reactions to pads and Tampons (mast cell activation) but the cramps/spasms and bloating end me every time gotta take a toradol for that shit

They sent me to pelvic floor therapy before they knew I had fibro but it did really help! I got very lucky and she was a full believer in all health connects so she gave me tips for gastro and 1/2

How do you get diagnosed with Fibromyalgia? While I was pregnant I had burning and numbness in my legs and thighs. My stomach/rib would burn. PP (1)

The only things that have helped me for the past 3/4 years have been physical therapy, dilation/pressure points, and a baclofen/lidocaine suppository.

I had a hysterectomy and still have these issues. I also had a lot of SA through my life, so I became a mess at times. Fibro sucks

I had a nerve block under anesthesia and woke up during from the plain. Paps are the worst too! Been dealing with this for a very long time.

after my mom had my sisters, she started putting aloe on pads and sticking them in the freezer. padsicles lol so i wonder if that would be helpful for this?
