Compression packing cubes are where it’s at. Also if your suitcase busts open on the tarmac while being loaded more likely to get your stuff recovered

I'm not convinced. the compression cubes are higher in the middle than at the sides. if they are stacked on top of each other, there's wasted space at the sides.
