@hazzytrainer: Hack Squats: Know The Difference ⚠️ . When performing Hack Squats, although this exercise predominantly targets your Quads since your spine is stabilized into the pad. However you can still shift the emphasis a little to other muscle groups. When performing a Wider Stance, this will emphasize more of your adductors (inner thighs). When using a lower platform stance, this will emphasize your quads. And lastly, when you bring your Feet Higher on the platform, this will emphasize more of your glutes. Hope that helps.
