Was having back labor and couldn’t get baby to move. Sat backwards on the toilet, my bowels emptied and back labor stopped! Babe was born 1 hour later

My hospital wouldn’t let me out of bed 🙄was in triage for 6 hour before I got a room. They had 1 other patient on l&d so they weren’t that busy.
