Here’s my story, In February 2024 Zepboind shots were just the first step in my weight loss journey, I reached my goal weight then got extremely depressed and lost addl weight… I knew that I didn’t want to rely on this for eternity and I need to get myself together. The real change came when I committed to transforming my lifestyle. Staying consistent with my gym routine and making healthier food choices became non-negotiable, even on the hardest days. Over time, the discipline I built didn’t just reshape my body—it started healing my mind, too. The weight battle has never been just about the scale; it’s been about overcoming years of self-doubt and finding the strength to keep going. While the struggle is real, showing up every day and making better choices has made me feel stronger, inside and out.
