bubur ketan hitam 🖤 #alexcooks baru sadar kalo gue ternyata lumayan suka ketan hitam? jadi sekalian bikin buat ide takjil. gue aliran makan anget2 simple aja disirem santan, tapi versi dingin ditambah eskrim ternyata jadi super seger! yuk gas recook 😆 recipe by CR Cook (YouTube) 500 gr beras ketan hitam 1 liter air rendaman ketan + 1,5 liter air (total 2,5 liter air) 180 gr gula pasir 200-250 gr gula aren (sesuai selera) 1 lembar daun pandan 1/2 sdt garam Santan: 400 ml santan instan 1/2 sdt garam 1 lembar daun pandan 500 ml air 2 sdm tepung beras dilarutkan dengan air Versi es: Es krim kopyor Potongan mangga Sirup cocopandan Cara membuat: 1. Cuci ketan hitam hingga tidak keruh lalu rendam di air matang selama 2-3 jam. 2. Didihkan ketan lalu rebus selama 5 menit sambil diaduk agar tidak gosong. 3. Matikan api, tutup dan diamkan 30 menit. 4. Didihkan lagi lalu masukkan gula, daun pandan dan garam. Rebus selama 7 menit sambil diaduk. Matikan api dan tutup sebentar. 5. Santan: Masukkan santan, garam, daun pandan dan air ke pan. Aduk hingga mulai berasap lalu masukkan cairan tepung beras. Aduk lagi hingga mulai mengental lalu tuang ke mangkok. Siram di atas bubur ketan hitam. 6. Bisa juga menunggu bubur ketan hitam hingga dingin di kulkas. Tata di mangkok bersama dengan es krim kopyor, potongan mangga dan sirup cocopandan lalu disajikan dingin.
