Snickers Salad Poke Cake😮‍💨 INGREDIENTS 1 box Vanilla Cake Mix + ingredients needed to make the cake Caramel syrup 3 oz box Snickers Pudding 2 cups of milk to make pudding 8 oz tub of Cool Whip 12 fun sized snickers, chopped 2 small Granny Smith apples, chopped 1 tbsp lemon juice INSTRUCTIONS Mix up and bake the vanilla cake mix following the directions on the box. Once the cake is baked, use the end of a spoon to poke holes all over the cake. Drizzle caramel syrup over the cake really concentrating on the holes. You can use as much caramel as you’d like. Next, mix up the snickers pudding mix with milk following the directions on the box. Pour the pudding mix over the cake and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. Once the cake has chilled, top with 8 oz of cool whip. Drizzle more caramel syrup over the top of the cool whip. Top with the chopped snickers. Add the chopped apples to a bowl and add some lemon juice. Stir well. Add the chopped apples to the top of the cake using a slotted spoon to drain any of the extra lemon juice.
