Black garlic compound butter because the universe (my grocery delivery shopper) decided I should have black garlic today?! 😅 recipe below‼️ Ingredients: -1 stick unsalted butter, softened -1 full head black garlic -2 tsp kosher salt -1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper -1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes -2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped Directions: -In a bowl, combine softened butter, the cloves from the black garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and chives. Mix to combine. -On a piece of plastic wrap, place the butter mixture. Roll it up and shape the butter into a cylinder in the plastic wrap. Place into the fridge to harden. -Serve on bread, steak, or anything else you’d like.
