Literally everything but what’s getting the most work is your transverse abdominis (the deep core/abs), the forearms that are helping to grip the weight, shoulders which are working to stabilize, the upper back which helps to keep the chest “proud” and glutes that are keeping you upright while you move forward. 2️⃣ Are there different variations for this? Absolutely! You can do these in many ways such as holding weight in both hands, holding weight in one hand, offsetting weight, etc. Depending on which variation you do, different muscles will be engaged more than others.
