Tomorrow we will turn them into Peri-Tato 😋🥔🥔🥔🌶️ Ingredients: 700g potatoes, washed and cut into wedges (I used @woolworths_sa nicola potatoes) 2-3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp dried oregano Instructions Preboil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes. Remove and dry the potatoes with a paper towel, marinate potato wedges in the seasoning and olive oil. Place seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed. Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 200C, flipping halfway through. Adjust time based on wedge size. They're ready when golden and crispy outside, tender inside.
