@becca_dawn5: Wells always wanted to be a firefighter and joined as a junior member. 2 yrs later he completed training and became a full member but left to go to college and graduated in economics after that wells returned to NYC and worked in the World Trade Center. on 9/11 wells training as a firefighter took over and he started helping people. Eye witnesses saw a man wearing a red bandanna covering his nose and mouth to protect him from smoke and debris He called for fire extinguishers he directed and carried victims to the only stairwell that was open he went to different floors carrying people to safety He saved many lives that day he is known as the man in the red bandanna.
