@immerse.inearth: To evolve, we need to transform and let go of the old. For a seed to grow into a plant, it can no longer be a seed. It needs to crack open its shell; it has to go through itself to become something greater than it was. For a caterpillar to grow into a butterfly, it can no longer be a caterpillar. It has to break down into a soup-like substance to form into a butterfly. The seed and caterpillar instinctively do this in the right environment. They naturally know what they need to do to grow, surrendering their trust in the process. Trust that what is happening within and around you is for growth, place yourself in resonating environments. Anchor into yourself and believe that your dreams can come true. It doesn’t just come to you; we have to act and react with awareness. We don’t need to know every step of the way; just focus on what’s in front of you, do what you can do, for you.
