@yummy_little_belly: 3 INGREDIENTS BROCCOLI SWEET POTATO TOTS!🥦• Egg-free• Ingredients (Makes about 20 tots) * 130g (1 3/4 us cups) broccoli florets 🥦 * 280g (2 us cups) potatoes, peeled and cubed * Big handful of grated cheddar or Parmesan cheese Method 1. Boil or steam broccoli and sweet potatoes until soft (check with a fork). 2. Preheat oven to 180°C (350 degrees F°) and line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat. 3. Place cooked broccoli and potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a fork or potato masher. 4. Add the cheese then mix well to combine. 5. Scoop a heaped tablespoon of the mixture and form it into a tot. 6. Place your broccoli tots on the prepared tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. 7.
