Ingredients. 3 cups Flour. 1Tbsp margarine. 1Tbsp baking powder. 1/2 tspn baking soda(bicarbonate of soda.) 1 1/2 cups of Milk. Sugar. • After kneading the dough proceed to frying. No need to rest the dough. • The dough shouldn't be too soft. It should be slightly hard. • Start frying when the oil is just warm. Cook the half cakes on low heat first.
