@edjupickleball: This backhand volley drill is the secret to strong wrists 👇 Wrist flicks, backhand counters, quick snaps— this wall drill does it all. Stand 2-3 feet away from a wall, and work on rapid backhand volleys. If this is your first time doing this, please do not injure yourself— start off nice and slow and take lots of breaks. The goal here isn’t necessarily speed. Focus on the consistency and accuracy— the speed will come later. This drill has significantly helped strengthen my wrists to where I’m able to have stronger backhand counters and wrist flicks. While this may not be the drill for everyone, I do believe that wrist training is extremely underrated. One of the most important things in preventing wrist injury, is to strengthen your wrists, and to increase your wrists’ range of motion/mobility.
