Step 2: Starting Position Keep your shoulders down and away from your ears, and let them round forward slightly as if reaching out in of you. Lock your elbows to maintain tension on the rear delts. Step 3: Movement Execution Sweep the handles outward in a wide arc, imagining you’re drawing a big circle. Lead with your elbows, keeping them locked, and stop when your hands are just behind your torso. Step 4: Controlled Return Return the handles slowly to the starting position over 2 seconds, focusing on a big stretch in your rear delts. Avoid letting the handles snap back to maintain full control throughout the movement.
