In Germany it‘s quite the opposite. Its very normal to have outdoor cats and you will be judged if you have indoor cats since its cruel to the cat

I had all my cats indoors but the vets told me to let them out because one of them was getting so sick from stress even when being played with 🥲

I just go outside with my cat🤷🏼♀️whenever he wants to go outside I simply just go outside with him and monitor him while he roams and explores😌

I can’t imagine not knowing where my cats are, always. Are outdoor cat people ok with letting their dogs run around loose? It’s no different.

Depends on your location, there aren’t any predators where I live - my cat is a mouse catcher and lives outside pretty much 24/7.
