The second set of clips are from S11, a couple episodes after ziva leaves ncis, the agent was there temporarily and was going to sit at zivas desk but they didnt want her to since it was still zivas desk. Bishop doesn’t join till 11x9 but they accepted her pretty quickly and didn’t mind her at zivas desk.
