I completely understand sis. I have stage three heart failure and I lost 150 pounds and I stopped working out for a while but I’m back in and I feel so much better. Thanks for my motivation.

I have the Zoll life vest.I was just diagnosed a few months ago . I am 51 .My Ejection Fraction is between 10-20 percent . I have been walking the dog about 15 minutes each day .Thanks 😁💪

I have pretty much been in bed for almost 3 weeks with a high heart rate and I’m assuming some fluid in my lungs because I’m gurgling and a lot of shortness of breath. I need to get up and try.
