@worldsokayestwife: Would also love some encouragement that these 2 days away won’t be as hard as I’m expecting them to be 🙃

Wireless pump every four hours. Bring a cooler bag to store the milk. You can also pump right before you leave the house in the morning and before din

You have to forcibly schedule it in. Since your supply is regulated you can try to stretch pumps out. Use your wearables and pump between things.

If it doesn’t feel right to you - don’t go! I was going to be away from my 7 month old for 2 nights and just couldn’t do it, which is totally ok 🖤

I think it’s important to be realistic with yourself about the experience that you’re going to have.

Pump right before you leave to go anywhere. A wearable pump and a @Ceres Chill milk chiller! And pump when you're out.

It’s gonna be hard. I went on a Bach trip when mine was 3 months. I would just try to go every 4-5 hrs instead of 3.

Take a soft sided cooler with you. Bars and restaurants have ice. Ask them to bring you some throughout the day to keep milk cold.

Manual pump would be my bet with a small cooler. If you had time for an Amazon order, a MomCozy wearable would make life a lot easier, but more $$$

I went out of town for a wedding. I brought a small cooler with ice packs and my wearable pump. Every 4-6 hrs I’d go back to hotel to put in

What pump do you have? Mine has a rechargeable battery, so I would bring it in a backpack and just set up in a booth with a nursing cover over me

I did a lot of pumping with hands free pumps in cars. Or manual pumps if I wasn’t driving and it was just my sister.

Pump in the car! It’s not that bad tbh… if you’re with ppl you’re comfortable with. Cooler for milk.

Just hands free pump the best that you can. And I had a giant thermos that I used and carried a cute cooler bag. Just do the best you can to store it

I bought a pump backpack for going back to work. It’s stores my pump and has storage for a cooler. I use the pump wipes when out and about.
