i have add and has started on adhd medication, but i survived a fire and after that it felt like my depression left, i was happy and wanted to do things and stuff but sadly it came back a month later

On a non-stimulant for Depr and ADHD, I’m so confused. Not yet diagnosed. The scarier symptoms lifted in a few wks but horrible anxiety and rage symptoms ramped up, setting me back. What does it mean?
