Easiest/ way I’ve done it is with some really long lag bolts ( 15-16 inches ) put them in the studs and slide your shelf over them,use pl to secure it

Piano wire for industrial look will bring up the front to level.

Secure it directly to the studs behind the drywall, meaning cut the drywall out where the bracing is/shelf is.

Maybe add some decorative trim about an inch in width along the front and sides to keep anything from rolling off and call it DONE! 🤣
