@dr.harrischoe: Cutting/Pivotting Drill. This is a drill I like to use towards the latter stages of rehab from a leg injury. I like to start from a 45 degree angle and a deadstop half kneeling position. This is a great way to gradually load the leg to withstand the forces placed on the leg in sports activities. #physicaltherapy #plyometrics #aclrecovery #kneepain
