@coach.bluee: I can about you guys, so ima tell you straight… Walking is a great fit of cardio, but it just takes too long. Walking is low intensity and will help you burn some calories. But to be honest I don’t have that much “TIME” Now for those that will comment you don’t know what you are talking about, walking is way better than all that… Listen man, I’ve done everything. From low intensity to high intensity during preparing for a bodybuilding show and many different situations where I had to lose body fat. HIIT is just the king. And if someone tells you that you will lose your muscle doing hiit, slap them in the face and said that I told you to do so. Those are weak individuals trying to keep you weak as well. Doing HIIT with a proper energy balance is completely fine. Just fit it into your current cardio regiment properly. + it’s way more fun then boring long walks. In my opinion. Let’s burn some calories.
