@reenasplants: 🌿 A PLANT TREASURE HUNT | Share + Save 🌿 A super fun and exciting plant care activity is going corm hunting! Every so often, you can un-pot your alocasias and gently look at the roots for little bumps that look like small bulbs. You can gently snap these off and create a whole new alocasia with them! I like to check my alocasias every few months and chances are, I’ll find at least one corm in each pot! I then place the corms in sphagnum moss and cover it in plastic wrap and set it under a grow light to grow roots and eventually new leaves! Have you done this before? How do you propagate the corms once you separate them from the main plant? . . . . indoor jungle houseplants easy plants plant tips plant hacks plant care plant help plant styling propagation plant room #plantcare #plantcaretips #alocasia #corm #alocasiadragonscale #PlantTok #planttiktok #plantsoftiktok
