@cristina_yin: Ghost pizza for halloween 🎃 👻 🎀Ingredients🎀 180g bread flour 2g yeast 100g room temp water 15g sugar 2g salt 10g vegetable oil 🎀Steps🎀 1. Mix all ingredients and knead for 10mins 2. Cover the dough and let it rest for approximately 1 hour (until it doubles in size) 3. Shape the dough into a pizza 4. Poke holes in the pizza and add tomato sauce 5. Bake for 10mins at 220C 6. Use a ghost shape cookie cutter to cut cheese slices and use seaweed or sesame seeds to make their eyes and mouth 7. Take the pizza out of oven and decorate it with ghost cheese 8. Put the pizza back to the oven for 3 more minutes 9. Garnish with some greens
