It’s honestly just too damn much. Then they come home and have 2 hours worth of hw and sports. It’s exhausting for everyone.

I was this kid. Thank you for letting her sleep. I got so sick often bc I didn’t get the sleep I required. We don’t all have the same energy flow 💛

As someone how wasn’t diagnosed w adhd until adult hood I was also “exhausted” at school; masking; just to keep in the back of your head!

as and adult I realize that some kids work more than adults 8 hrs of school and then 2 to 4 hrs of homework mon-fri
