It's very insidious path. I went through a 3 year phase of drinking a LOT. a bottle of red wine a night was NORMAL then more at the weekend.

The paramedics have helped me so much these past few months as I keep relapsing I’ve opened up more to the paramedics then i have with anyone 🥺
