Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small pot. Turn down the heat to a simmer and add in the Gelatin powder, whisk to stir every few seconds, then add the Coffee, stir for around 2-3 minutes or until the coffee and sugar dissolves completely. 2. Remove from the heat and transfer into a shallow dish until firm. Using a sharp knife, cut the coffee jelly into cubes inside the dish. 3. Prepare the Espresso shot by adding the coffee and hot water, set aside. 4. Make the Full Cream Milk by adding the Milky Cream Base and Water. 5. Scoop coffee cubes into your serving cup and pour over the milk. Optional: for the gradient effect of the coffee colour on top, slowly add in 1 shot of chilled espresso. Enjoy!
