I stayed in that travelodge in the mini heatwave in June. I was so desperate to escape the heat I paid no attention to the door.

i think it was built in 1909 by Architects Alfred Hart and Leslie Waterhouse, they designed this building for Messrs Willing Advertising

The building was designed& built in 1909 for the Willings fam, and the box window and facade was designed by William Aumonier. Fairly new building 😂
