Ingredients 2 chicken breasts 1tsp olive oil Seasoning Mix – season the chicken olive oil and half of the seasoning mix; 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp cayenne pepper (if you want it spicy) 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp oregano 300g fettucine – cooked for 3 minutes, on the pressure cook mode on your Instant Pot Duo 1 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter 500ml fresh cream Chopped chilli to taste 2 cloves of garlic finely diced 1 tbsp flour ½ cup parmesan cheese, and more for topping 200ml chicken stock Chopped parsley Instructions Turn on the saute function of your Instant Pot Duo, add the chicken on both sides until cooked. Remove and set aside. Add the butter, chilli and garlic then flour – stir to form a roux. Add in the chicken stock, and remaining seasonings and stir. Once the stock comes to a gentle boil add in the cream and allow to thicken. Add the cooked pasta, cheese and chopped parsley.
