🐣EASTER CRACK🐣 Easter Recipes: Day Two is Easter crack, an addictive snap of a dessert. Salty salada biscuits, covered in toffee and finished with chocolate. I do mine with white and yellow died chocolate to create a cracked egg yolk effect. Decorate with whatever you’re vibing with, there are no rules. 1 cup brown sugar 125gm butter Salada crackers 2 blocks white chocolate Yellow food die 1/4 cup milk Coloured speckled easter eggs (halved) Sprinkles Kit Kat Bunnies Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius 1. Line crackers along baking paper on baking tray, so that it fits snug. 2. In pot add brown sugar and butter. Stir over medium heat and bring to a boil and let gently bubble for a couple of minutes. Pour onto crackers before adding into oven to bubble away for a couple minutes whilst you melt your chocolate. 3. Melt white chocolate and quarter a bit off to mix with yellow food dye to create the yolk feature. Mix in yellow dye to the colour you want, the more dye you add, may sieze the chocolate, so keep milk handy to mix through to create a loose mixture opposed to chalky. 4. Pour white chocolate on toffee layer and then add circles of yellow chocolate to create the yolk effect. 5. Finish with choc eggs, bunnies and sprinkles.
