@sanctuaryida: As a yoga teacher, it is really easy to neglect your own practice. For about 18 months or so, my own practice has been rooted in yin and restorative yoga. As a teacher, our own practice does not have to look like the practices we teach. I have recently been teaching a lot of strong Hatha classes. As a yoga teacher, it’s hard to get to a class yourself. I took my first in person, teacher-led class in over a 6 months this weekend. And the one before was probably another 6 months prior. As yoga teachers, we know how important a regular practice is. I am here to help you stay grounded in your own practice. .
