@stylasocials: I’ve worked Sunday’s ever since I started Styla Socials in 2021. But don’t be confused… because this actually isn’t me working “more”, it’s setting me up to work ✨ less ✨ throughout the week. There are 2 main things I’ve implemented in my Sunday work routine that have been total game changers & really helps give me back some time! 1. Finding tools to work SMARTER — @Later has been a life saver. With post scheduling, advanced analytics & even writing captions, using Later simplifies the content strategy & creation process for me & my clients! Scheduled no phone time — I used to be on my phone from the minute I woke up to the minute I went to bed (I’m sure we’ve all been there)… & it resulted in my mind racing 24/7, always jumping from one thing to the next without a breath & generally finding things to do that didn’t necessarily need to be done. Especially on a Sunday, it’s important to clock off, reset & end the week slow so when you wake up on Monday you feel in complete control, moving in to all tasks with presence & clear intentions.
