@hannahbower2: Leg Day! Lets go 🥰This leg day straight up destroyed me. It was my first day back doing more intensity and let’s just say my muscles screamed at me for 3 days 😂🤣 but boy was it spicy for just 4 exercises. Feels so good to be back. Workout: 3x8 elevated reverse lunges 3x6-8 deficit dead lifts 3x10 sissy squats ( kneeling modification shown) 2x8 plyo lunges Have fun 🥰
