@trynsomethingnew: FIT FAMILY!! 🤩 #75HARD Has begun!!! Our family has decided to make a huge change physically, mentally and spiritually! We are taking control of everything in our lives- working out, diet, mental state, all of it! Life is busy and if you aren’t paying attention to the details, things can easily get out of control and when you look up, you realize how bad you are eating, how out of shape you are and how your mental state may not be as good as it could be. Well, that time is over! If you want to join us and take control over every aspect of your life, join us! Now, you don’t have to do 75 hard, but every little step counts. Whether it be getting up a little earlier and getting a workout in or paying attention to the food that you’re putting in your mouth or reading something positive every day, it can work wonders. 🥳 I got a few DM’s other day from people saying that they joined a gym because of our videos, and starting to get into shape -that truly means the world to us. If our videos are inspiring someone else to improve their life, I can’t tell you how happy that makes us.. It’s not always easy sharing your life with the world, but our mission is to put out good vibes and connect with our community. This community is made up of like-minded people that don’t want to live in drama and judgment. There is enough of that in this world, and I refuse to be a part of it. We don’t need to wait till New Year’s to make a resolution to better ourselves. You can start whenever you want and TODAY is the perfect day! Cheers to you all.
