I’m so jealous of everyone this works for. I did AIP for a month and it made me so sick the whole time. Eventually my doctor told me to give it up 😅

I used to hate yogurt but I get Nancy’s yogurt from Sprouts ( I go through about 6 tubs a month!) but it’s grass fed so no grains and I load it with FROZEN blueberries, pumpkin seeds and honey.

I had to follow AIP for a month and cried so much 😭 but the results were insane. After that, I reincorporated certain foods and knew what to eliminate. But man it was HARD

Get yourself some Ottos Cassava. I make chicken strips, waffles, breads, etc. AIP chicken pot pie is 👌🏼 and the tacos are bomb.

Did this for 2 years after my Crohn’s diagnosis. It’s hard but so rewarding when you feel better. It’s not forever though just remind yourself that!

AIP made me cry every single day but I eventually figured out that I could put a lot of things back other than nightshades with the same results.
