@monstrofarm: If the environmental conditions present themselves again then there is that chance that the fungus gnats will be back. But the thought process behind my 2 part method is that you break the fungus gnats life cycle with the mosquito bits and then by bottom watering you reduce or eliminate the moist environment you create for them when you top water. And the simple reason is that when we bottom water by filling a bowl with water, placing our plant in the water and letting it sit for 15 minutes, or shorter if you want the top layer of soil to stay extra dry, then we reduce or even eliminate the possibility of wetting this top layer. And then if they do come back then just redo this process and look to see what you may have to done to create the moist environment again. Check out MonstroFarm on Youtube for more.
