I second the folks that say use it slightly warm. It feels so much better. Breathe out of your mouth, relax & it really helps!

NEVER use tap water, tap water can have bacteria in it and cause serious issues/death. Distilled water only!

Don’t worry about the Kleenex baby just blow it out in the sink!! It helps if you use warm water, but be careful not to get it too hot if u microwave
