Heres how to do this drop effect in @CapCut 1. Take a clip of the empty space 2. Then take a clip of you as though youre falling on the chair 3. Add clips into capcut and make a split where you fall on the chair and take a screenshot of the falling motion 4. Open up the @Photoroom app remove the background and add the blur effect - export on a transparent background. 5. Add this as a overlay and align it with the starting point of you falling 6. Once aligned, add a keyframe for the overlay to fall into frame and a overlay to position it on the landing motion.
